Go to Forms > New Form in your WordPress dashboard and enter a name for your form. Then click on Create Form.

You will see a form editor where you can add fields, sections, and settings to your form. On the right side of the editor, you will see a list of field types that you can drag and drop onto your form. You can choose from standard fields (such as name, email, address, etc.), advanced fields (such as file upload, date picker, captcha, etc.), post fields (such as title, content, category, etc.), pricing fields (such as product, option, quantity, etc.), and more.

To add a field to your form, drag it from the right side and drop it onto the form area. You can then customise the field settings by clicking on it. You can change the label, description, placeholder, default value, validation rules, conditional logic, etc.

You can also add sections and pages to organise your form into logical parts. Sections allow you to group related fields under a heading. Pages allow you to split your form into multiple steps with a progress bar.

You can also adjust the form settings by clicking on the Form Settings tab at the top of the editor.

Here, you can change the form title, description, confirmation message or redirect URL, notification email settings, layout options, restrictions (such as limit entries or schedule form), availability (such as required user login or role), and more.

Preview and Test Your Form

You can preview and test your form before publishing it on your site.

To preview your form, click the Preview button at the editor’s top. You will see what your form looks like on different devices (desktop, tablet, or mobile). You can also fill out your form and submit it to see how it works.

To test your form, click the Test button at the editor’s top. You will see a test mode notice that indicates that your form is in test mode, and any submissions will not be saved or sent. You can then fill out your form and submit it to see if everything works as expected.

Once you are satisfied with your form, you can click on save.
