Creating a Teams list using a pre-built page

1. Login to your website WP admin dashboard (e.g., https://greyboxprod.wpengine.com/wp-admin/).

2. Click on ‘Pages’ in the menu at the left-hand side

3. Once in the Pages window, type the word “Teams” in the textbox field at the right-hand side of your screen, and click the ‘Search Pages’ button.

4. You will see the “Teams” page appear in the list. Under the “Teams” page, right-click ‘Edit with Elementor’ and select ‘Open link in new tab.’ Leave the tab open for now.

5. At the top left-hand side of the page, click the ‘Add New’ button. This will create and open up a new page window.

6. On the new page, click in the ‘Add title’ text field and type “Teams 2” or your preferred title.

7. Then at the top-right hand side of your screen click ‘Publish’ button.

8. Click the ‘Edit with Elementor’ button at the top of your screen to start editing your new Teams page.

9. Switch to the existing “Team” page tab you left open earlier, or reopen it via the WordPress Pages Dashboard. You will have both your new “Teams V2” page and the existing “Teams” page open.

10. In the existing GreyboxPro “Teams” page, click on the main header banner and right-click the grid icon.

11. Select ‘Copy’ from the dropdown menu.

12. Navigate back to your new “Teams V2” page or reopen it in Elementor via the Pages in WordPress Dashboard.

13. On the new “Teams V2” page right-click on the ‘Drag widget here’ section and select ‘Paste’. This will paste the header section that you copied from the existing GreyboxPro “Teams” page onto your new “Teams V2” page.

14. Click on any element you want to edit to modify its content, style, or settings.
Use the Elementor side panel to access additional settings, such as layout options, typography, colors, and more. You can also add new elements from the side panel by dragging and dropping them onto the page.

15. Then at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen click the ‘UPDATE’ button to save the changes made.

16. On the bottom left-hand click ‘Preview’ (eye icon) to view you new page.
