1. Login to your website WP admin dashboard (e.g.,greyboxprod.wpengine.com/wp-admin).
2. Install, Activate and Verification Yoast SEO
3. On the left panel, go to “Plugins” > “Add New” > search for “Yoast SEO” on the textfield on the right part. Click “Install Now“, after few minutes button will be “Activate” then click on it.
4. Verify Installation: After activation, you’ll see a new “SEO” menu in your WordPress dashboard.
5. Create an FAQ Section Using Yoast FAQ Block
6. Create a New Post or Page. Go to “Posts” or “Pages” and click “Add New” to create a new post or page. You can also edit an existing post or page.
7. Add the Yoast FAQ Block: In the Block Editor, click the “+” button to add a new block. Search for “FAQ” and select the “Yoast FAQ” block.
8. Add Questions and Answers: Click “Add Question” to start adding your FAQs. Enter the question in the “Question” field. Enter the answer in the “Answer” field, then Repeat for each FAQ item.
9. Customize the FAQ Appearance, the Yoast FAQ block inherits styles from your theme, so you may need to adjust your theme’s CSS if you want to customize the appearance of the FAQ section.
10. Publish Your FAQ, Preview the Page: Click “Preview” to see how your FAQ section looks on the front end.
11. Publish/Update: Once you’re happy with the layout and content, click “Publish” or “Update” to make your FAQ section live.
