Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The refund policy is for new subscriptions only and does not include the setup fee. The setup fee cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have deactivated your license and uninstalled/deleted all demo content including pages and components that come with the GreyboxPro theme and plugin content from your site. We will not refund your purchase if you are still using the plugin, theme, demo content and GreyboxPro proprietary components and/or pages on your site in any way.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of deactivation and deletion of demo and GreyboxPro proprietary components and/or pages.

Refund Provision

Once you have provided proof of GreyboxPro deactivation and deletion of demo and GreyboxPro proprietary components and/or pages and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
