Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Overview
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”, “You”) of Mettro Pty Ltd trading as GreyboxPro (“GreyboxPro”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”).
IMPORTANT: Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering as an affiliate for GreyboxPro. Unless you expressly agree and consent to this agreement you cannot be part of the affiliate program.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is only to lawfully advertise our site in an effort to obtain a commission on memberships and products sold to people referred to GreyboxPro by your own website or personal recommendations.
The GreyboxPro Terms and Conditions are incorporated in this agreement as if they were set out in full. In this agreement, Affiliate Program refers to the affiliate program operated by GreyboxPro.
By signing up for the GreyboxPro Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Affiliates
An affiliate is an independent contractor and is not an employee of GreyboxPro or it’s parent company Mettro Pty Ltd. Nothing within this agreement indicates an employer/employee relationship.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
GreyboxPro has the sole discretion to approve or reject your application to join our Affiliate Program. We lose no legal claim or right to recourse as a result.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month. There is a minimum commission payout threshold amount of $100.00. You must reach at least $100 in commissions due which are ALL from sales OUTSIDE of their 30 day guarantee period. In any commission period, your commission must exceed this amount before you will receive any sums for that period. Commissions below this minimum amount will be held until such time as the commission equals or exceeds this amount.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Commissions are not paid for any sales for which payment has not been received, or for any transaction that has been rejected for any reason. We are not responsible for paying interest to affiliates for accrued but not yet delivered commission payments.
If a transaction incurs a charge-back, or if an online transaction is not completed in any way, or if we have reason to believe a transaction is fraudulent or violates any of the terms of this Agreement in our reasonable discretion, no commission payment is due to the affiliate. If a commission has already been paid, then it will be deducted from an active affiliate’s future commissions.
All commissions will be paid in US Dollars by PayPal, to the PayPal address provided by the Affiliate when joining the program, or the PayPal address you subsequently advise us of. It is the Affiliates responsibility to ensure they keep their PayPal account up to date and advise our Affiliate Support Team if there are any issues.
Earning Commission on GreyboxPro Products
GreyboxPro Affiliates will receive commissions on referrals generated as a result of the affiliate’s unique GreyboxPro Affiliate Program links. Our affiliate links work on a “last affiliate link wins” system, so the newest hyperlink an affiliate clicks will be attributed the sale. We strongly recommend our affiliates ask their referrals to clear cookies before using any of their links to ensure the sale is credited to the affiliates account.
Any purchases referred through links not generated inside the affiliate center cannot and will not track to a specific affiliate account and therefore cannot be attributed to a specific affiliate. In special cases (at our own discretion) we will credit a sale to an affiliate that has not tracked if they can provide relevant information about the purchaser, and we can confirm this with the purchaser. Sales will not be attributed to an affiliate if another affiliate has already been credited with the sale (i.e. we will not change the attributed affiliate on a sale).
We use cookies to monitor affiliate referrals and sales. All cookies have a 30-day expiration date. We do not pay out referral fees once the expiration date has passed.
Commission Rates
30% commission will be paid to Affiliates of the GreyboxPro Affiliate Program on sales of any of the GreyboxPro subscription plans. The commission is a once off payment for the referral and is not recurring.
Commission is for the subscription only and is not paid on the setup fee for any plan.
Note: Please note any commissions will be calculated on the main product price, not including any tax or additional charges. Setup fees are not included in the commission. The commission is only for the yearly subscription pricing.
Dormant Affiliate Accounts
Accounts with a positive balance (under $100) but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. All balances on dormant accounts will be cleared after 365 days of no earnings.
Tax Liabilities
Each affiliate acts as an independent contractor and as such is responsible for any or all applicable income taxes, fees, and any other tax liabilities that affect or concern the sales of the products or services, in your country or location. It is the affiliate’s sole responsibility, and not the responsibility of GreyboxPro, to take any steps necessary to recover these sums under any applicable tax code and other applicable laws.
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you are not to do any of the following if approved for the Affiliate Program. If you engage in any of these actions, you will be terminated from the program and any commissions will be forfeited without recourse:
- You must use your own opt-in email list. You will not use a third party list or buy a list.
- Spamming using mass emails and mass newsgroup posts.
- Advertise on sites that promote or contain links to illegal activities.
- Fail to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. GreyboxPro reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of GreyboxPro in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
- Offering discounts, rebates, coupons, or any other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with GreyboxPro, however, is acceptable. We advise promoting GreyboxPro on it’s own merits. Our most successful affiliates offer unique bonuses such as additional training or resources, or recommend GreyboxPro as a compliment to their own products or services.
- Use self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
In addition to the above, GreyboxPro reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or for any reason.
Using GreyboxPro Branding & Trademark
As an affiliate of GreyboxPro, you are able to use the GreyboxPro trademark in content which directly refers to our brand.
You cannot utilize our logo and branding in any headers, logos, or websites that may make your website seem as though it were a page or post on the GreyboxPro website. Our branding must never be used to advertise on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads.
The use of our logos and other branding kit items as part of a review or blog post is conditionally permitted when other affiliate terms are satisfied.
GreyboxPro (or our other product names) are not permitted to be used in any Google, Facebook, Yahoo or other Search network advertising (PPC). You are allowed to use our banners provided according to our terms and conditions and affiliate terms of service.

Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the GreyboxPro site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation of this agreement.
Coupons and Deals
GreyboxPro occasionally offers coupons to our affiliates, newsletter subscribers and partners. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
- Affiliates must not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images.
- Affiliates may not bid on GreyboxPro Coupons, GreyboxPro Discounts or other phrases implying coupons are available.
- Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
Liability
GreyboxPro will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by GreyboxPro. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless GreyboxPro and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by GreyboxPro to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Attorney Fees
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state courts located in Brisbane, Australia.
